If you would like to reserve, please fill out the form below so that we can secure the time and date that you have requested. Please note that we cannot log the reservation until we receive the form. We will call you to confirm that we received your form and verify the dining space and menu that you would like.

We ask that you guarantee the number of guests for your event at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. This information is important for us to plan for your event. You will be charged for the final guest count guarantee (whether each guest attends or not). We can accept an increase in the guest count and each additional guest will be charged for at the contract rate. Please remember that failure to cancel/reschedule your reservation at least two days prior to the event will result in a $200.00 charge to the credit card above. December reservations require seven days advance notice of cancellation. Thank you for choosing Cedar Creek for your special event!
